A bright and refreshing punch made with carrot juice, orange juice, citrus slices, mint, and fizzy lemon-lime soda. Light, nourishing, and festive perfect for brunches, parties, or afternoon sipping.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups carrot juice

1 1/2 cups orange juice

3 cups lemon-lime soda

1 orange, sliced

1 lime, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

Fresh mint sprigs

Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine carrot juice and orange juice.
  2. Add lemon-lime soda and stir gently to mix.
  3. Add orange, lime, and lemon slices along with fresh mint for garnish.
  4. Just before serving, add ice to keep chilled.

Notes

Prepare juices in advance and add soda and ice just before serving.

Add pineapple juice for extra sweetness or grated ginger for a spiced twist.

Make an adult version by adding vodka, white rum, or prosecco.

For a lighter version, swap soda with sparkling water.

Freeze juice into ice cubes to keep the punch cold without diluting it.
