5 ¾ cups boiling water (divided)

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup cold water

Instructions

  • Prepare the First Gelatin Layer: Combine 1 package of flavored gelatin and 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in a bowl. Add 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Pour into a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until set.

  • Continue Layering: Alternate between the different flavored gelatins, refrigerating each layer for 30 minutes before adding the next.

  • Prepare the Creamy Layer: Dissolve the remaining 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Pour over the final gelatin layer and refrigerate for 2 hours.
