This creamy and tangy Raspberry Fruit Dip is the perfect treat to pair with fresh fruits, crackers, or pastries. Ingredients

8 oz softened cream cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup powdered sugar

6 oz fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, continuing to beat until well combined.

  • Gently mash the raspberries with a fork or blend them in a food processor until smooth, leaving some chunks if you prefer texture.

  • Fold the mashed raspberries into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Serve with fresh fruit, crackers, or as a topping for desserts.

Notes

For a berry blend, feel free to try strawberries or blueberries for a new flavor.

Substitute powdered sugar with honey for a more natural sweetness.

Adding vanilla extract or shredded coconut can give the dip a unique twist.

The dip is best served chilled. Stir before serving if it has been sitting in the fridge for a while.
