2 large Medjool dates, pitted and softened if necessary
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
¼ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
