For the Shrimp:
1 pound raw shrimp, thawed and peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Skewers:
20 grape tomatoes
20 fresh basil leaves
20 fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine, bocconcini, or pearls)
20 wooden skewers
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and black pepper until evenly coated.
