1 bag (32 oz) frozen precooked homestyle meatballs (about 60 meatballs)
1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits (do not drain)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

Add pineapple tidbits (with juice), brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, and sliced green pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until meatballs are heated through.
In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry and stir into the slow cooker.
Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
You can add other vegetables like onions, carrots, or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture.
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chopped chili peppers.
