S’mores Lasagna is a decadent no-bake layered dessert featuring creamy chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, and layers of chocolate and regular graham crackers. Topped with toasted mini marshmallows and optional hot fudge drizzle, this dessert captures all the nostalgic flavors of s’mores in an easy, crowd-pleasing dish.
1 package instant chocolate pudding (3.4 ounces)
1¾ cups milk
1 container Cool Whip (8 ounces)
1 jar marshmallow crème fluff (7 ounces)
1 cup mini marshmallows, toasted
2 packages chocolate graham crackers
1 package graham crackers
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder
24 large marshmallows (optional)
Hot fudge sauce for drizzle (optional)
Whisk instant chocolate pudding with milk until thickened; set aside.
Toast mini marshmallows on a baking sheet under broiler or with a kitchen torch until golden; set aside.
Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form.
Layer in a 9×13-inch dish: regular graham crackers, half the marshmallow fluff, chocolate pudding, chocolate graham crackers, remaining marshmallow fluff, half the toasted mini marshmallows, half the whipped chocolate cream. Repeat layers, finishing with whipped cream and toasted mini marshmallows.
Optionally top with large marshmallows and toast until puffed and golden.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Drizzle hot fudge sauce before serving if desired.
