A light, festive, and refreshing sparkling holiday punch that can be made with either Cointreau and cranberry juice or Chambord, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

⅓ cup Cointreau (for option 1)

4 cups cranberry juice (light is OK), chilled (for option 1)

1 (750ml) bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled (for option 1)

⅓ cup Chambord (for option 2)

1 (750ml) bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled (for option 2)

Optional garnishes: orange slice or wedge, fresh raspberries, skewers of fresh fruit, sprig of mint, etc.

Instructions

  1. For option 1: Combine Cointreau and cranberry juice in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir gently.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine just before serving to keep the bubbles lively.
  3. For option 2: Pour Chambord into the pitcher, then add the chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with orange slices, fresh raspberries, fruit skewers, or mint sprigs to make it extra festive.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses or cups.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh as the fizz fades quickly.

Can substitute cranberry juice with pomegranate juice for a richer flavor.

For a non-alcoholic version, replace Prosecco with sparkling water or sparkling cider.

Can double or triple the recipe for larger gatherings.

Use frozen fruit as garnish to keep the punch cold without dilution.
