Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

½ cup white chocolate chips

¼ cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.

  4. Whisk flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

  6. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets spaced 2 inches apart.

  8. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

  9. Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
