Ingredients

17.5 oz (500 g) tamarillo

2 cups (500 ml) water

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the tamarillos in half and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add water and sugar, then blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the juice to remove the seeds for a silky texture.
  4. Serve immediately, optionally over ice for a chilled drink.

Notes

Add lemon or lime juice for extra brightness.

Mix with sparkling water, orange juice, or pineapple juice for variations.

Skip sugar or replace it with honey or agave for a healthier version.

Best served fresh and cold; stir before drinking if it separates.
