This tart cherry juice sleep cocktail is a soothing, mineral-rich mocktail made with tart cherry juice, magnesium, and a hint of citrus. Refreshing and lightly sweet, it’s the perfect evening drink to help unwind before bed.
2–3 oz 100% tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
1–2 tsp fresh lime juice or 2 tbsp pineapple juice
1/2–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Magnesium powder (dosage per supplement instructions)
Pinch of sea salt
Sparkling water (unsweetened, to top)
Ice
Fresh mint leaf, for garnish
Best enjoyed fresh since sparkling water loses fizz.
