This tart cherry juice sleep cocktail is a soothing, mineral-rich mocktail made with tart cherry juice, magnesium, and a hint of citrus. Refreshing and lightly sweet, it’s the perfect evening drink to help unwind before bed.

Ingredients

23 oz 100% tart cherry juice (unsweetened)

12 tsp fresh lime juice or 2 tbsp pineapple juice

1/21 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Magnesium powder (dosage per supplement instructions)

Pinch of sea salt

Sparkling water (unsweetened, to top)

Ice

Fresh mint leaf, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add tart cherry juice to a glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir in lime juice or pineapple juice, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. Mix in magnesium powder until dissolved.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh since sparkling water loses fizz.

Mix juice, citrus, honey, magnesium, and salt ahead of time and refrigerate up to 24 hours; add sparkling water before serving.

Swap lime juice for orange juice for a softer citrus note.

Optional coconut water adds electrolytes and hydration.
