Ingredients

Slider Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 cup carved style deli turkey or leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Glaze Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard, divided
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp minced dried onion
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.
  2. Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer, keeping them connected if possible for easy assembly.
  3. Layer the Fillings: Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Next, layer the prepared stuffing mix on top of the cranberry sauce, then add the turkey pieces evenly.
  4. Close the Sliders: Carefully place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the layered fillings.
  5. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, combine the melted salted butter, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced dried onion, and poppy seeds. Stir well to blend all ingredients.
  6. Apply the Glaze: Brush the glaze generously over the top of the slider rolls, making sure to cover them evenly for a flavorful crust.
  7. Bake: Place the prepared sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Finish with Mustard: Once baked, spread the remaining 1 tsp of Dijon mustard on the inside top half of the sliders for a tangy finish.
  9. Serve: Slice the slider roll into individual sandwiches and serve warm for a perfect appetizer or main dish.

  • The prepared stuffing mix can be stovetop or baked style depending on preference.
  • Adjust cranberry sauce quantity to your taste.

  • These sliders are great for holiday parties and family gatherings.
