A Veggie Tray is a colorful and healthy snack or appetizer, perfect for parties or casual gatherings. Packed with fresh vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and bell peppers, it pairs wonderfully with dips like ranch, hummus, or guacamole. A simple, versatile, and nutritious way to enjoy more veggies!

Ingredients

1 cup baby carrots

1 cup celery stalks

1 cup cucumbers, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup broccoli, diced into small pieces

1 cup cauliflower, diced into small pieces

2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

23 assorted dips (ranch, hummus, etc.)

Instructions

  • Prepare the vegetables:

    • Slice the cucumbers into rounds.

    • Slice the bell peppers into strips.

    • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.

    • Trim and cut the celery into sticks.

    • Leave the baby carrots whole.

    • Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  • Arrange the veggies:

    • On a large platter or tray, arrange the veggies in separate sections for a colorful display.

  • Serve with dips:

    • Place 2-3 small bowls of your favorite dips (ranch, hummus, or guacamole) on the tray.

  • Enjoy:

    • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Add olives, radishes, or pickled vegetables for more variety.

For extra flavor, include a cheese platter with cubes of cheddar or mozzarella.

Make the tray even more colorful by using red, yellow, and orange bell peppers or purple carrots.
