A cozy and nostalgic iced latte inspired by Teddy Grahams, made with honey, cinnamon, vanilla, espresso, oat milk, and topped with creamy vanilla cold foam.

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream (60mL)

2 tbsp whole milk (30mL)

1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup (15mL, for cold foam)

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp honey (21g)

2 tsp vanilla simple syrup (10mL, for latte)

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)

2 oz espresso

Ice cubes

6 oz oat milk (180mL)

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold foam: whisk or froth heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla syrup, and a pinch of salt until thick and fluffy but pourable.
  2. In a tall glass, drizzle honey, add vanilla syrup, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Pour in hot espresso and stir until dissolved and blended.
  4. Add ice cubes and pour over oat milk.
  5. Top with cold foam and finish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Notes

Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Store cold foam in fridge for up to 2 hours if preparing ahead.

For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and plant-based milk.

Sprinkle crushed Teddy Grahams on top for a fun garnish.

Add caramel syrup or flavored honey for extra sweetness.
