1 slice Watermelon (1 inch thick, round disc)

3 tbsp Cream cheese (softened, cut into cubes)

3 tbsp Heavy cream

1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (adjust to taste)

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup Raspberries

Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
