Yogurt Toast is a quick, creamy, and nutritious breakfast featuring Greek yogurt, honey, and berries baked into golden bread. It’s protein-rich, customizable, and perfect for a sweet yet wholesome start to the day.

Ingredients

2 slices white bread

5 oz Greek yogurt

1 egg

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup raspberries

1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, egg, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Press down the center of each bread slice slightly to create a shallow well.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into the wells of the bread.
  5. Top with raspberries and blueberries.
  6. Place the prepared slices on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the yogurt is set and the bread is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes
