Ingredients

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (e.g., erythritol, monk fruit)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a small baking pan (8×8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the mixture. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  4. If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and enjoy your delicious, sugar-free brownies!
