Ingredients

8 oz round of Brie cheese

1/2 jar (5 oz) Orchard Choice California Orange Fig Spread

1/3 cup shelled pistachios

Assorted crackers, sliced pears, and apples for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until soft when lightly pressed but not melted through.
  4. Meanwhile, toast pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  5. Spread orange fig spread over warm brie and sprinkle toasted pistachios on top.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers, pear slices, and apple slices.

Notes
