These Cherry Pie Bites are a quick, bite-sized version of the classic cherry pie. With a flaky crescent roll crust, sweet cherry filling, and a simple glaze, they’re the perfect treat for any occasion—easy to make and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

For the Bites:

1 can cherry pie filling (about 21 oz)

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

For the Glaze:

¼ cup powdered sugar, sifted

12 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

  2. Prepare the Crescent Dough: Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.

  3. Assemble the Bites: Place each triangle of dough into a muffin tin, pressing the dough into the bottom and up the sides to form a small crust. Pinch the seams together to seal.

  4. Add the Cherry Filling: Spoon a small amount of cherry pie filling into the center of each dough cup, being careful not to overfill.

  5. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown.

  6. Prepare the Glaze: While the bites are baking, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Adjust milk for desired thickness.

  7. Drizzle the Glaze: Once the bites are baked and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over each bite.

  8. Serve: Serve immediately while warm, or let them cool for a more relaxed treat.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover Cherry Pie Bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Freezing: You can freeze the assembled bites before baking. Just freeze them on a baking sheet, then transfer to an airtight container. Bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.

Variations:

Different Pie Fillings: Swap the cherry filling for blueberry, peach, or apple for variety.

Add Spices: Enhance the filling with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Top with Ice Cream: For an extra indulgence, serve these with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
