Wrap and Toppings

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 4 pieces lettuce
  • ½ medium Roma tomato, diced

Honey Dijon Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

Instructions

  1. Air Fry the Chicken Nuggets: Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Place the 6 small chicken nuggets inside and cook for 6-8 minutes until the nuggets are crispy and heated thoroughly. Alternatively, you may bake them in the oven following the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the Honey Dijon Sauce: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise. Mix well until fully blended into a smooth sauce.
  3. Assemble the Wrap: Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board. Arrange the freshly cooked chicken nuggets in the center. Drizzle the prepared honey Dijon yogurt sauce over the nuggets. Add 4 pieces of fresh lettuce and the diced half Roma tomato over the top.
  4. Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then bring the bottom edge up to close over the filling tightly. Roll the tortilla into a burrito shape snugly around the fillings. Slice if desired and serve immediately.
