Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 Mangoes, chopped
  • 2 Avocados, chopped
  • 2 Red capsicum peppers, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander, chopped

Seasonings and Dressing

  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
  • A drizzle of Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the produce: Cut the mangoes and avocados into bite-sized pieces. Dice the red capsicum peppers, cucumbers, and red onions into small chunks. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
