Instructions

  1. Bring Steak to Room Temperature: Allow the steak to sit out at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Prepare the Grill Grates: Brush the grill grates clean and optionally wipe them down with a paper towel dipped in olive oil or another oil with a high smoke point to prevent sticking.
  3. Season the Steak: Pat the steak dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Season it generously with your preferred steak seasoning. For lean cuts like flank steak, you can marinate it in the refrigerator for at least an hour for enhanced tenderness and flavor.
