Ingredients

Plant-Based Burgers

  • 4 patties Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Burger

Vegetables & Toppings

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 ripe Hass avocados, sliced
  • ½ cup Vlasic Pickle Spears, or to taste

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Hunt’s Classic Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons GULDEN’S Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, spicy brown mustard, pickle juice, smoked paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Set the sauce aside for later use.
  2. Cook the Vegan Burgers: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Burgers according to the package instructions: if frozen, cook 5-6 minutes per side; if thawed, cook 4-5 minutes per side. Ensure they are heated through and have a nice sear on each side.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: Divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among four serving bowls. Place one cooked vegan burger on top of the lettuce in each bowl. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocados, and pickle spears around the burger in each bowl for a colorful and inviting presentation.
  4. Add the Sauce and Serve: Drizzle the prepared special sauce evenly over each bowl. Serve immediately while the burgers are warm and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavors of this plant-based burger bowl.
