Instructions

  2. Chill the Dough: Place the dough in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes. This step makes the dough easier to handle and ensures the cookies hold their shape during baking.
  3. Form and Coat Cookies: Once chilled, roll the dough into 1½ inch balls. Roll each ball in the sugar to coat evenly, which will create a slightly crisp exterior after baking.
